Rogers v. Miller et al
On August 2nd and 5th, Defendant Officer Miller made harassed and made derogatory comments at Plaintiff so Plaintiff complained to IAB and the Precinct Sergeant. Then, on August 16th, Defendant Officer Miller kicked in a car door where Plaintiff was a passenger, arrested him, took him to the 79th Precinct, strip-searched him, and charged him with an Open Container, which was later dismissed. Plaintiff was stopped, harassed, and frisked again by Officer Miller on August 15th and then was robbed on September 12th by members of a street gang that Officer Miller knew.
