Barnes v City of NY, et al
Plaintiff was waiting (at the subway stop) for a short period of time when defendants Grizzle and Akobundu stopped him. When the officers stopped plaintiff they did not have reasonable suspicion to believe that he was concealing contraband or otherwise involved in criminal activity. Plaintiff questioned the officers as to why they were stopping him. Plaintiff was then arrested for disorderly conduct.... At arraignment, the criminal charges were ACD'd.
